Hey everybody! How's everything going?

Saw Watchmen on Friday in Methuen...It wasn't perfect (But how could it be?) but it was great! My thoughts:

GOOD:

-The death of the Comedian/Opening Sequence-Brilliant!

-Jackie Earle Haley as Rorschach. Amazing! Haley nailed it! Great make-up job on his face to resemble Walter and his journal entries were near perfect. I just wish they could included his "American love" monologue.

Welcome to 2009! New Year, New President! Let's hope it will be a better year for everybody!

Things I've been into lately:

-Batman:The Brave and The Bold: This may the coolest, most fun superhero cartoon in a long time! It takes everything that was fun and wacky about the Silver Age of Comics and distills it into a 1/2 hour shot of pure joy! I'm Daniel. I discovered Subject Cinema thanks to a link to thier Godzilla show on neomonsterisland.com. I've been a loyal listener since and have not missed a show. I had the pleasure of meeting TC and Kim at the Showcase Cinemas Attack of The B-Movies shows last year in Revere. I love the show and am glad TC put this group together.
